2047 Memorial

This project sets in 2047, right after the end of the One-country-two-system policy. That is the time of instability, where people start to question, doubt or even fear about their society and the destination of Hong Kong. This memorial takes place in the current Legislative Council Building. It aims to remind Hong Kong people of those major incidents that they all went through as a whole during the 50 years, and in the end to provide hope, forgiveness, and encourage them to be united and look forward to the future. The project explores on user experience and spatial narratives through lighting, material and form.
